Overwatering?

Can anyone confirm that this curling up is due to overwatering? I don't see any yellow leaves that would indicate overheating. But I read it could also be a nitrogen defeciency?
One pic is upside down, I wasn't stoned taking the pic, honest 👀

It could be heat stress. Doesn't look like a N problem. Also might be the roots have outgrown your pot.

I'm having an issue with two of my plants, the leaves are curling upward right at the base of the leaf. My humidity is right at 57-60%, heat goes fro 76-81 during the day, watering once a day. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Im on day 10, by the way.Week 2

manage nutrient burn from soil mixdiy soil mix (see Week 0) got only pH'd tap water, compost tea and banana tea.
started showing strong signs of nutrient burn recently and some spots on the oldest leaves I haven't seen before.

Why are the sides curling up? Question not about them pointing down but only about the sides curling up and very small brown pointsWhat is this? Sides r curling up. Day temp didn't get over 23 degrees night temp is +- 12 so I don't think she got too hot. Points bit yellow Saw this yesterday evening too, today at 1 plant a little bit.
