Best way to tell is with a Par meter. But those are expensive. With the light specs you have I'd keep it around 22 inches away and drop it during flower. 🤘😤

The distance is calculated by the tallest part of the canopy, so if you have a top bud that´s higher than other, that´s where you should start. Now, with LST, the ideia is to keep the canopy on the same level. She is big enough already and wont stretch much but you should keep it between 45-70cm in the vegetative stage and then go lowering the height as she grows, at a maximum of 20-30cm when she´s in late flowering, Hope I´ve helped, peace ✌️
