Cracked branch.I was LST last night i cracked on of the main branches. It cracked at the base. It was only a small one it still could hold its own weight. But I tapes it up and staked it. My question is will it stress it out? I'm almost in week 6. I'd the plant gonna stop growing to heal?Week 5

General questions about my growBased on week 5 of my grow, does it sound like I'm on track with nutrients? Any advice on LST or defoliation? I met this kid yesterday that said he waters his plants every day and not to LST. My plan was to make the plants grow in a spiral essentially.
I just wanted to hear everyone else’s opinion on this kids statements. He has like 2.5 grows under his belt where I only have .33 grows.
