Too close to light

Iโm on week 2 of flower and Iโm about 30cm from light. I canโt move the light any further up because of carbon filter am I better moving filter to higher light or start training top to the side Iโll gain about 25cm but how do I stop it getting taller this was taken 2 days ago

Two options:
1. Top the plant. At week 3-4 it will stop vertical growth, topping should work.
2. Tie the plant over.
I would be topping.

Advice on defoliation/LST - getting too chaotic hereIs it fine to cut off some of the big fan leaves this early or should i just tie them down to expose the tops to more light? Should I remove some of the dense foliage as I start LST, or wait? Other suggestions appreciated!The Durban Poison and Jack 47 are very dense, with tight nodes. Iโm beginning LST this week to get more light to more of the branches, but should I prune some of the excess foliage? If so, how do I decide what to remove? Thanks in advance for your help!
