Yes its ok to do some light LST, nothing to crazy as it is still stress just not as much stress as HST techniques like topping.
You can do LST up into the first 3 weeks of flower on most plants, anything after that its done streching so its just going to bulk up mostly and not much to LST after that.

As your 4th week is already a flowering week, your plant has been flowering for 2 weeks and it's best to stop structural training at this point (the branches are less supple). Also, given the size of your plants, I'd avoid anything that would reduce the yield during flowering.
Anyway, try to get a bigger plant, for example by using a bigger pot with autos, before trying structural training.

Hello my friend, yes LST is perfect for during pre flowering. But be carefull once a plant start flowering the branches do not bend easy and snap fast. So be carefull, better be safe than sorry!

Advice on defoliation/LST - getting too chaotic hereIs it fine to cut off some of the big fan leaves this early or should i just tie them down to expose the tops to more light?
