Adding on to others, if you have root rot, overwatering is probably the cause. Overwatering and high temps are a surefire way to get rot.

Looks like classic overwatering/drainage issues. Make sure your drainage is good and let the soil dry up a bit before watering. Good luck!

Add some hydrogen peroxyde. 3% solution.. 10-25ml in 1 liter of your watering at a ph around 6-6.5 and it will help oxygenate the root and clean it.

Looks like root rot. Possibly from over watering. You need to let your soil dry out between watering. Soil – Water plants when the soil feels dry up to your first knuckle (or if the pot feels light). Roots need to breath so by over watering them they don't get oxygen and can start to rot out.

Well i have spilled water in my seedling tray over ten days ago. And my soil hasen't dried properly yet. I new the seedling were doom to diebif i didn't suplement oxygen... And this is what is happenning to your plant. Lack of oxygen du to over watering... It will get better if you neglect watering for a good 2 weeks and only suplement small amont of water so the soil din't getbover watered. In my case the stuning is working in my favir. Since i have to many olant in the go. But thats not the case for most.
