I would do a slurry test of your runoff water ph and ec levels. Looks to me like your ph is a little out with the look of some of the leaves. Adding a little cal/mg is never a bad thing, but you ph creeping up is.

I see in your diary that you just added some cal-mag and you did good because this is indeed a calcium deficiency. But you've got another problem, you need to measure and adjust pH. You can use a biological pH adjuster like the one from Biobizz. And a cheap pH measuring tool would be enough. Make sure that your pH will stay within the right range between 6-7 to prevent deficiencies and nutrient lockouts.

Tiny holes!?This morning while looking I noticed tiny little holes on some of the leaves on one of my plants. I didn't see any pests with my eye, and I tried to use my phone the best I could but couldn't see any. I've also heard this could be environmental/viral. Any thoughts or ideas?

Identify Issue: Brown Spots, Lower leaves first, from outer-tips Showing up on 2 out of the 5 in my soil bed. Front 2. Transplanted 10 days ago, went well enough. Watering with tap water, never tested but didn't have an issue last run. Same soil, but I did add 8 cu ft of new soil to the top. Gently amended with b6, Kashiblend, coconut powder.
