Hi, idk what is going on with my plant, got a big invasion of fungus gnats and experienced high temperatures in the past week, what should i do? bud stopped fattening and trichomes still mostly clear, day 68, 42f

The gnats are eating the roots.
Change the soil. Wash the roots gently to remove majority of gnat invested soil.
Put in fresh soil, don't water. Use the sticky tape.
