What distance from top of plant to light should be placed?
If you can tell me also what distance at veg and flowering that would be appreciated

Find the ppfd map of your light. You want to be at 300-500 for a seedling. This should tell you what you need to know for height.

Do you have a solution to stop the growth of stems?Apparently this would be due to a lack of light and stress because of the too high temperature.
I exposed them in a brighter place and I controlled the temperature to a maximum of 25/26°C.
It doesn't seem to stop...
How can I repair the damage? Is it too late?

3 x 3 gal pot in a 2x2 tent?I sprouted a seed in case the little baby would have fail, but now it’s fully recovered luckily. What can I do with the extra baby? How much light for seedlings?I've got three small seedlings with a fourth coming shortly. How much light intensity should they be getting? I have a 300W 3K LED 30" of the tops running on a 18-6 schedule. The LED is on its lowest setting because I read the the seedlings can be light sensitive.

Second seed had been growing wrong way up.Turns out my second seed was growing upside down and the taproot had been growing towards the light for ~8 days. I've since transplanted and the seed doesn't seem to be growing much at all; although it has changed colour from being a yellowish hue to green. Is it likely a dud now5y ago

Seedling stopped growingSeedling 6/6 did not fully open its cotys and started to develop these small leaves. But then didn’t grow any further. The root is about 3.5” long and still white, but worrries because the plant is not growing that it may rot? Should I remove it from the grow? Should I leave it?
