Why is my seedling only grown to 1 inch at day 8? Have 200ppfd light distance at 25inches

According to your diary humidity is too low and temperatures a bit high for a seedling

Because it is in a tiny cup that is only half filled, which is restricting root development.
Clear plastic cups are a no-no too.

to much light?In an attempt to save some energy i hung my light about 10cm away from my seedlings. i measured the ppfd and dialed it to about 280.
After a week of grow my autos look realy small and get yellow spots on their leafs. Humidity:70-80% and about 25°c. any suggestion?

Adding More SoilShould I switch from fabric pots and add more soil or just add more soil?
My plants are a tall in the sense of they seem really stretched up. I moved my light closer, but I think the lack of dirt could also be hurting them. Any ideas or recommendations?

Hey guys. First grow. Yellow spots curling edges on my BF Wedding Cake Auto. What should i do?Hey guys. 7 days old, growing in biobizz lightmix+biotabs starter kit soil. What to do with the empty potOther pot where I have put 3 seeds, did not show up anything yet, despite I saw a root couple days ago.
I am considering if trying to move the smaller seedling, from another pot where I was growing another strain that sprouted 2 seeds into the empty one or just wait with hope
