The white pistils on the plants you photographed are an indication that flowering has commenced. Different seeds contain different genetics, even from the same strain, and this can lead to some plants flowering earlier or later than their siblings. The breeders of the seeds can have many, many mother plants to produce enough seeds for a global market, meaning that although the seeds are of the same strain, there can be slight differences in genetics between all the different mother plants that were grown for seed production and this causes different "phenotypes" with slightly different traits. A bit like with human twins, although they are identical "genotypes", different "phenotypes" may lead to one twin being right handed and the other left handed. With plants, the different phenotypes are what really excite breeders that are looking for particular traits, such as early flowering, sweet smells, good branching etc that they can then use to breed with other plants to introduce these new traits to and hopefully create superior offspring with genetic enhancements for early flowering or sweet smells or good branching etc. Theoretically, if you bought a 10 pack of seeds, each of the seeds could have come from a different mother plant and this is one of the main reasons for plants that differ slightly from their siblings. This should not cause any concern, they will flower just fine, but are "late bloomers". I would not be surprised if their flowers are also a little different to their siblings. They may even be superior! Hope this helps,...... Organoman.
