In my opinion if you harvest now it will be a waste and smoke like grass. 21 days in? thats 3 weeks , you still have at least another 5 weeks to go. If you cut now you i reckon you will get 28gs from everything you got there if your lucky.

And also are you sure that you don't have any male pods cos they will wipe your whole area out and they will be seeded buds then pictures of the stem will help as your pictures are not clear

It's early to sat but they have a good 6/8 weeks yet before they ready but happy growing a don't think your going to get morebtgan 200g totally dry and it's dependent on no issues with hermies or spiders ect
