Good Lamp for a 80x80x190 Grow Box? Preferably with less Heat producing.... SF or Mars Hydro seems like good options but i they seem to get a bit hot. Anyone any Tips ?

I have a PARFACTWORKS®️ LED Grow Light BM1000. And I a BM1500 and Zeus 700 and a Horus all from Parfactworks.. All are great lights and I would grow with them again. I have the Bm1500 Set up in my 3 by 3 tent and the Bm1000 would probably be more then enough light for a 2 by 2... It's A/C Driven with no Constant Current Driver. But the plants don't care and neither does my Umol meter. Save some money get lights that produce without breaking your bank.

Lux Meter Apps on Smartphones What are your thoughts on Lux meter apps? The app on my Samsung Galaxy S10+ is showing 16,600 Lux at the tops of the seedlings, and converting that to a rough PPFD shows 222.55/umol/s/m². Reading more, 15k-45k Lux and 200-400 PPFD is good for early veg. What are your thoughts?

LED distance to plant advice Interested in how close I can get my 630w LED with a rating of 2.7μmol/W and 1700 PPF to my canopy. I had it hung 48cm (19 inches) on 380w and just upped it to 500w day 8 in flower. Does this sound too close at 500w or is this ok? Temp is 25C (77F) humidity 55%.

White and blurple led in same tent?I recently upgraded to a TS1000 for my flower tent, and am waiting on an SF1000D for my veg tent, and now have a tmlapy “1500w” blurple sitting around. Can rotating my 12 hour cycle back a few hours over the course of 3 nights harm my plant mid flower?If i were to manually flip my lights on and off an hour early for 3 nights to adjust my 12/12 from 9am-9pm to 6am-6pm would it be detrimental to the plants? They are in the 5th week of flower. Rotating back 1 hour each night
