I prefer full spectrum always, more light = more energy = more buds.
Most new lights don't even have a switch on them, its all just one spectrum and temperature. 3000-4000K

I'd like to swap my lighting (automatic plants) from [4am:midnight] to [4pm:noon] just to keep the temperature a little higher at night. Eyeball and advise on my set up, and is this seedling stretching?Is my set up good until my humidifier comes? (using inflow air from in-line fan with a tray of water for humidity for now).
I set up an additional light because I was concerned that this bad boy was stretching and want to provide some extra light for lower canopy later.

Is this enough? 2 mars hydro 600 TS or 200 watts of led in a 24x24x36 tent,Using a 24x24x36 tent, I have 1 mars 600 ts (100 watts) in there for one plant. I’m going to throw another mars 600 in there as well and grow amnesia haze with my northern lights.
