Which led? leds are not even close to the same. 200 watts can be dramatically different from one light to the next.

anywhere from 12" in flower (depending on your diodes) to 24" in flower... (depending on the diodes).. A safe veg height could be anywhere from 20"-36" .. Need to know the brand and model name of the led if you want advice about it.

Recommended dist. to plant top by manufacturer is 40cm (16in) . Mine dist. is 58cm (23in) currently as I tried to keep it far during seedling stage, can I lower the lamp to 40cm at this stage? (day 11)Week 2

Light hanging distanceI’m not sure how high to hang my light. My plants seem to be all staying extremely squat and not stretching, though all seem healthy.
