Search online for Daily Light Integral (DLI) chart. The chart shows PPFD and hours per day. Then you can pick the light level based on how many hours you run the light.

Mars hydro 600 lights not going fully outHi everyone
I'm having issues with my LED mars hydro 600w when the timer is going to 'off' the lights are still very dim, with the plant being a photo period I'm worried the dimmed lights won't let the plant sleep and shock it or keep it in veg. Has anyone had this issue?Setup. Lighting

How to manage a tall plant with a thick stem in week 1 of flowering?One plant I ordered online was pre-grown. Now, it’s about 20 cm taller than my other plants. At the top, the taller plant gets more than 1000 PPFD, while the lower canopy gets about 500 PPFD. It’s currently week 1 of flowering. The stem is too thick to bend down.What would youdo?

what is correct light schedule for indoor germination and seedling, and then transplant outdoors?I plan to grow a photoperiod plant outdoors from spring to fall, but the germination and seedling stages will be done indoors. LED light distanceHey guys I'm kind of new to growing only been doing it for a little over a year. My girls grow really well they just don't get very tall I'm thinking it's because my lights are too close. Is this correct? Distance is 9 inches above canopy in week 6 growing critical 2.0 autos.
