Search online for Daily Light Integral (DLI) chart. The chart shows PPFD and hours per day. Then you can pick the light level based on how many hours you run the light.

when to switch from 4k veg light to 3kI have 7 3 week old plants under 165 watt of 4k quantum boards. They seem to be stack tight. my question should I switch them up now to 3k 240w light to get a bit more height... or what I think I should do, be patient veg them 4 full week under 4k then veg a week or 2 under 3k.Setup. Just wondering if adding sunlight could improve it or makes no difference?Do you still need to give plants sunlight if they have a tent fan and ac plus led grow lights? I really need to know if after 53 days of 6hours of sunlight daily the plant might be used to the sunlight , although I know led grow lights are like a mini sun inside tent but still?Other.
