Search online for Daily Light Integral (DLI) chart. The chart shows PPFD and hours per day. Then you can pick the light level based on how many hours you run the light.

what is correct light schedule for indoor germination and seedling, and then transplant outdoors?I plan to grow a photoperiod plant outdoors from spring to fall, but the germination and seedling stages will be done indoors. For the indoor part, can I use a setup with 18 hour light schedule? Or should it be 12 hours? I don't want to trigger flowering when I put it outside.

Did I start LST too early?At day 22, did I start LST too early? I feel that I may have stunted the growth a little from overheating, but didn't want to wait too long to start training.
