Search online for Daily Light Integral (DLI) chart. The chart shows PPFD and hours per day. Then you can pick the light level based on how many hours you run the light.

Currently my lights are on a 18/6 schedule, from 6am, until 12am.
I want to change their light cycle to start at 4pm and turn off at 10am, so the heat of the light balances the chill of the night.
Whats the best way to do this, without triggering flowering, or stressing them.Week 1

Led on 18/6 grow/flower photoperiodI have the idea to put a led in my second tent for pre growing photoperiod girls, I have some room left over for some autoflowers who also grow & flower on 18/6 light - leds can switch between grow/flower.

Light distance to plants in flower.What is the best light distance during flower?
I'm currently going into my second week of flower and wondering the best height for light. Its currently sitting at 40cm but I have been told to bring it up to 60-70cm during flower?
Any tips would be hugely appreciated.

light intensity for clones right after transplant ?basically should you treat them like a early veg ? using migro 4 array and it recommends 40 percent intensity at 35 cm away for early veg. or because they are just transplanted should I give them a lower light intensity.Other. General questions

Low Humidity and high temp or high humidity and low temp?Do you think it’s better lower temp and higher humidity (like 27 degrees c and 80 % humidity) or higher temp and lower humidity (like 29 degrees c and 60 % humidity)? Switching light schedule for an auto and Phototype!I'am growing together an auto and a phototype with 20/4 light circle. For my phototype is about time to change light schedule for flowering, will my auto be badly impacted by switching to a 12/12 light?
