Okay to speed this process up ;you shall need a timer. Keep your lights on timer for 10/10 on and off;thats the lowest you can go. So for the plant ;1 day would be of 20 hours and not 24. In that way ;you can complete the flowering cycle early but would impact on yields. Thats the only way to speed it up in terms of time.hope it hepls.

Try growing autoflowers if time is an issue. They're usually done in 9 to 11 weeks from seed. I use canna boost in flower and it does seem to speed up the metabolism a bit .

If you're looking for a magical way to speed up your grow then I'm sorry to tell ya we ain't there yet :/ For now to get the fastest growth rate with best results just give your plant a proper diet and condition, this will ensure constant uninterrupted growth. On your next grow if cycle time (the time it takes to run a whole cannabis growth cycle) is a factor for you then choose your strain accordingly!! some strains with unique genetics have extremely fast growth rate (but they usually come with lower yield/potency expectations). It all comes down to your genetics and what you are feeding her. Is it an autoflower or a photoperiod? There's no information that anyone could help you with her other than feeding her and being patient.
