Stonerdanswered grow question 4 years ago Well the bags on the stem ARE the flowers so those bags are still the calyxes which are swollen hence the baggy shape and large size, unless you mean the small wispy leaves under the calyxes which are the bracts of the flower, they protect the flower during it's development and are totally normal!
*Just so you know the cannabis flower is actually an aggregate of those trichome covered calyxes! in this picture you actually see a single one on the opposite sides of the stem above the foliage petiole (the stem of the leaf).
