They take less nutes and can go longer before they need any. Don't try any time consuming training like mainlining. I just defoliate and do 1 round of supercropping after the stretch. I kept mine on an 18/6 schedule the whole time. You can do 24/0 or 20/4, but I think it's beneficial to have 6 hours of darkness. Leaf formation can be a little weird, so don't freak out if you get strange leaves. That's about it I guess, good luck!
