Optimal Veg Light Spectrum?

If you had to pick one light color for veg only, never to be used for flower, what would it be? 4000k, 5000k, 6000k, 6500k?

3200k my personal or 5000k a mixture of both would be Ideal I don't know why you would want to only chose one though. This is all LED based I assume are you counting MH bulbs they can be very good for vegative growth just expensive to run.

I have a veg only—- 4500k. 4000 would be good! ✌️🏻💚🌿

Personally, I would use 3100K-4000K for Veg... would never go below 3000k

Eyeball and advise on my set up, and is this seedling stretching?Is my set up good until my humidifier comes? (using inflow air from in-line fan with a tray of water for humidity for now).
I set up an additional light because I was concerned that this bad boy was stretching and want to provide some extra light for lower canopy later.

using both veg and bloom switch toggeled to on with led light during flower questioni was watching a video on youtube and the person was using an led light which had separate toggle switches for bloom and veg and during flowering of autoflowers he had both switches on and was wondering if that is better to have both on and if so is it only good for autoflowers?Setup. Is your machine helper leaking light?Everyone has their ACs and dehumidifiers and whatnot machines in the grow space. Are you covering every little light of those machines in the flowering chamber? Many hermies will be avoided with some aluminium tape. Stay safe, cover those lights and grow ganja!
