Optimal Veg Light Spectrum?

If you had to pick one light color for veg only, never to be used for flower, what would it be? 4000k, 5000k, 6000k, 6500k?

3200k my personal or 5000k a mixture of both would be Ideal I don't know why you would want to only chose one though. This is all LED based I assume are you counting MH bulbs they can be very good for vegative growth just expensive to run.

I have a veg only—- 4500k. 4000 would be good! ✌️🏻💚🌿

Personally, I would use 3100K-4000K for Veg... would never go below 3000k

LED's wont shut completely offLights seem to go on a "standby mode" instead of being all the way shut when timers switch them off. Should I buy some other timers? These were brand new, cheap ones though and both the same. Lights are HLG 600 RSPEC and both did this.

Do you lower light intensity and temps towards the end of flower?So I’m in mid flower, start of week 7 to be exact. I’m curious on when you guys start pulling back light intensity and going with a little cooler temps. I’m running a 240W S33 from AC infinity in a 3x3.

Cuando y como pasar mis plantas a floración??I'm going to switch my plants to flowering 12/12, I've read that they leave them without light for 48 hours to force flowering, is this good or should I just skip it?? And I have a dimmable ballast, I have it set to 400w, when I switch to 12/12 should I set it to 600w or wait until the second week of flowering to change it to 600w??

Do I keep dimming my light to try to get proper DLI?Currently at 22" above soil at 50% intensity and still getting ~50DLI at Germ/Seedling stage (too high?). It's a 240W LED. Do I keep dimming the light or do I change light schedule (24h currently) to get proper DLI?

Is 500 ppfd on new seedlings ok?My light dimmer only lowers to 500 ppfd. I’m starting autoflower seedlings in a space tote before I move them into my perpetual harvest tent. I’m currently propping the light on its side so that the indirect light only hits around 300-400, as an attempt to reduce light bleaching.

Lights went off and then on in flower [3rd week]quick question, my breaker overloaded today and turned off power to my flowering tent. They were about 30 min away from lights out which I figure shouldn't be that bad, but while solving the power issue the lights came back on. Will they be affected and how?

What light should I get for 60x60I want to get a different light which would be better than. I have Mars Hydro 300W (Classic). I'm thinking of getting Mars Hydro TS1000 which is 138 euro.
My grow space is 60x60. Any other suggestions for around the same kind of budget?

MarsHydro FCE4800 for a 4x4 grow?Is the MARS HYDRO FC-E4800 480w the best option to use for my 4x4 tent. Will be doing 9 CBD auto flowers as a hobby.

Is closer to the light much better?Is the light closer better? I have a VIPARSPECTRA 1000W LED Grow Light (10W LED ,x100) and it says during veg 18-26 and flowering distance at 18-24”. Looking at other growers using LED they are closer. Should I try to keep it closer a little at a time? Is there benefit?Setup. Lighting

Should I switch to 12/12 lighting? - Autoflowers not showing pistils after 5 weeksGrowing five plants (germinated Sept 8) including 3 Anvil and 2 BlackStrap autoflower strains from Mandalorian Genetics. The BlackStraps have been showing pistils since about end of week 3. No Anvil plants are showing pistils. Should I switch the lighting schedule to 12/12?
