Too much light ?

So started my second run and got everything dialed in but this time I’m running with spf-1000D and the normal spf-1000 is that too much light for the plants that would slow them down ? Together the lights should be around 200w

Sounds about right. They should have dimmer switches or you have the ability to raise and lower the lamp if necessary. Finding the correct amount of lux for your plants can be tricky but is also very important, too much or too little can make huge differences in how the plant grows

There is no such thing as too much light in a grow tent. Though the intensity of that light is a different question all together. If the intensity is too much yes it can stunt your plants it can even bleach them white or whatever the colour of the light is your using. though this is very rare and only really found when the light is too low. as long as you have good air flow and dont put the light to low you should be fine :)

Did I start LST too early?At day 22, did I start LST too early? I feel that I may have stunted the growth a little from overheating, but didn't want to wait too long to start training. Also, would a higher-powered light cause less distance between the nodes, and therefore make LST harder/less effective?

Light Distance - 3 plants are taller than the others...Hi all. So I have 6 plants with a 400w HID. 3 of them are about 10-15CM taller than the others. My light is currently about 45CM from the top of the tallest one. Would this affect the shorter plants negatively? Should I raise them to the same level and up the light to 60CM rather

Changing light schedule on an auto?My plant sprouted 5 days ago, because of temps last night I left the light on and will for the next few days to maintain temp. Its an autoflower but I like having a dark period for my autos. Will it hurt anything if I go back to 20/4 or should I let it ride?Week 1
