To me it looks like mould (powdery mildew) caused by excess humidity and poor air circulation, something neem can not fix, besides, neem should not be used on flowers. In fact, in my country, it is ILLEGAL to use NEEM on ANYTHING intended for HUMAN consumption. If you had done something before it got this bad, a possible cure strategy may have rescued your plant. Now that it has become this advanced, there is probably nothing that can be done to rescue her, unfortunately. Sorry, don't know what else to say. ..... Organoman.

White powdery mildew in late flower What's your best remedy to remove it on flowering plants? I just found it after I had forgotten to replace on of the fans when I left them for a few days. Mold/Fungi Today I've found white spots on some of the leaves. What could it be? Mold/Fungi? I've been strugglin real hard to keep the humidity below 50%, but due to the constant rainstorms I only manage to get it to 54% at daylight and 58-60% at nightime :(
