When starts vegitation state? For newbies a important thing!
I discovered that information about flowering and best time to harvest is covered much.
BUT how can we agree to set down the day of "vegitation"?

Hi!
De vegetatieve fase vindt plaats na ontkieming en vóór de bloeiperiode.
Je wietplant ontkiemt eerst.
Hierna verschijnt een zaailing van de aarde.
Deze kleine plantjes hebben een korte steel en twee ronde zaadlobben.
Ontwikkel ten slotte de eerste "echte" bladeren.
Gedurende 2-3 weken zullen zaailingen rijpen en een aantal waaierbladeren ontwikkelen.
Dit is nodig voor fotosynthese en markeert het begin van de vegetatieve fase.
De vegetatieve fase duurt ongeveer 3-16 weken (of langer). Dit hangt af van de genetica en het doel van de kweker.
In deze periode vindt explosieve groei plaats.
Aan het begin van de vegetatieve fase worden planten vaak overgeplant in grotere containers.
Dus je geeft het wortelstelsel meer ruimte.
Indica-soorten blijven klein en groeien meer zijwaarts.
Sativa's worden groter met veel minder takken.
Bij fotoperiode soorten eindigt de vegetatieve fase wanneer de lichtcyclus korter wordt.
Bij automatisch planten gebeurt dit natuurlijk.

As soon as it is "born" it is in the vegetative stage.
It doesn't get much simpler than that and I would hope that pictures are not really needed.

Weezy is correct and I could not add anymore information that what he has said. Though briefer explanation of what he has said in laymen's terms. When the plant shows at least 2 sets of the Iconic fan leaves the shape we know and love. when you have 2 sets of these its generally considered you have a vegging plant. you will must have a couple of nodes 3 or 4 :)

Has a Male ruined this GrowHas the Male plant found a month ago, ruined the rest of the Tents plants?
Since the Green Mountain Grape was found to be a male, the entire tent has gone into Pause, without Herms or other obvious signs showing up.
The plant was removed immediately but the tent is lagging

Flipping to flower ***BUT want to change light schedule?If i wanted to move my light schedule two hours ahead, when i flip to flower. How would i do it, without harm.
It is because of the rise of cost of electricity.
When switching to flower i go from 18-6 to 12-12 schedule.
Can i just extend Lights-off with 2 hours, before flip?

High alkalinity of water, is it a problem when growing?Is high alkalinity (cca 240 mg/l) a problem if the ppm is normal (cca 250mg/l)? I know that high alkalinity makes for high pH, but does it do anything else, like will it hurt my plant?

Had to bring in a Photoperiod cream and cheese by seedsman with my autos. My question is If i switch to a 18 on 6 off light schedule will my autos be affected? They were on 20/4 one is in veg mode and one is flowering. If I switch to 18/6 for all will my autos suffer? Thanks
