I started my plants in this potting mix. Wasn't paying attention. Now my babbies look like this. The top middle plant with red tag is 8 days younger than the others. What do I need to do?

Drooping young laidies I have 2 plants out of 6 that are drooping. The thing they have in common is I gave them both left over water with a little recharge 5 days ago. I do no water frequently or heavy. Tent stays 82F or under and Rh stays under 80 or so, I do have a small humidifier in the tent.
