It is either a genetic issue or a virus - likely the former. You can give it a couple weeks to see if it gets going properly and starts growing normal leaves, but it might just be a runt that will never grow to same glory as the rest. If it seems to lag horribly behind and continue to grow like this, you might want to opt to just getting rid of it. With a 80x40 tent and only 95W you might end up with better yield by just fully focusing on the other two plants.

It's a genetic glitch, maybe in a couple of weeks everything will normalize.

@Youthman explained well, some other guys are nuts ;))) You water very well, they know shit. Some girls could look like this from overwatering and too much nutes, but mostly recovers well in few weeks. No stress, just love her more ...

Looks like a defect. But why is the soil only partially wet? The pot should be completely soaked. Maybe you're to blame for the defect because the taproot can't find any water.

Hello! I seem to see a genetic error! It happens quite often, and in theory it should "heal" as it grows, or stay crippled until the end, usually anyway it doesn't go to affect it much unless photosynthetic function is excessively compromised :) wait and see how it goes on! For example,in my green cake journal, you can see how it had topped itself on the first floor, sprouting a branch above the cotyledon! I let it grow, it recovered well!
