It usually takes about a week to fully recover. However the plants tip will almost Immediately begin to rise again so to speak. The head will lift up first, then the rest. Depending on how deep the bend is. You can also try the Kyle kushman chiropractic way of cracking the stalk all the way up the plants about a week or two before flowering. Increase growth and over all yields. You can check out this method on YouTube by entering Kyle kushman chiropractic.

In a situation like that it's almost better to just pinch the stem causing lighter stress under bud sites. The plant will send extra nutrients to repair and flowers there will recieve extra nutrients to get bigger. Hst like shown I only use if height is a issue after stretching. Stem will take up to a week to recover and form a knuckle there. Good luck and happy growing πŸŒ²πŸŒ²πŸŒ²πŸ‘ŠπŸ’¨πŸ’¨πŸ’¨

Supercropping is typically done on bud sites.. ive also tried super cropping done half super cropped and half not.. And it's only really good if your height is getting to be a problem. Otherwise your causing damage and stress to an otherwise healthy plant. she should repair herself but with that amount of stem damage it'll take her a while to recover because she'll have to repair that stem.. All the while that whole top part of the plant will be receiving poor circulation and will most likely continue to look a bit worse for wear.
