Looks good. you might need to tie it down. As she heals she will get stronger and start bending up. see week 8 of my Barnies farm dairy where i do this to every branch. i even had some where the stem split. Didnt notice it heal any different from the clean bends

As for nutrients you can use something with silicon in it which will increase the rigidity of the cell walls making them stronger. But what you have done is more then enough. In a few days you should have a nice knuckle. @B4RNS Why would you say this is not super cropping? Everywhere I have read is that “Supercropping is a technique that allows you to bend and fold the plant to reduce height or reposition branches, stems or colas” https://www.cocoforcannabis.com/when-how-to-supercrop-cannabis-plants/ I think you have it mixed up with Kyle Kushman's "Chiropractic" Plant Training Method which is to mash the inner stem to make the stem scar and heal bigger to create larger stems for nutrient delivery.

Ya bro it looks fine. Switch to flower soon and it will fill in more. Some strains almost double in size in the first 3 weeks of switching the lights to 12/12

This is not really super cropping, it’s a High Stress Training (HST). Don’t worry, this is nothing. You can smash the stem (SuperCropping) as long as you don’t split it, it will recover !

That looks fine to me, you supported it well. In no time you will find that you will be able to remove the support as it will try and correct itself.
