Seeds do not need high humidity, but fungus and moulds love it. Seeds also need an adequate oxygen supply, something they won't get trapped in a sweat lodge.
Only cuttings/clones need artificial humidity levels due to not having any roots. As soon as the seed germinates, a root starts growing. This root supplies the rest of the seedling with all of its water requirements, making the use of a "humidity dome" redundant and using one just increases the risk of your seeds rotting or being attacked/eaten by fungus. Cannabis has been growing wild for hundreds of thousands of years on its own and without artificial and needless excess humidity.
And no, cannabis did not evolve in jungles or rain forests, but in places like Afghanistan and Pakistan, countries not known for humid climates.
Give your seeds free access to oxygen, they need it as part of the germination process and will not have a chance to get as much as they want/need, trapped under a "humidity dome", which is a very outdated and misguided myth.
