If it is dark naturally, is this the soil you will use for the whole grow? It may be too strong for your seedlings. IMO, I don't like to fertilize anything growing in rich/quality soil for the first 30days or so. If this is perm soil, you should use seedling soil next time. It has all the nutrients you need while in fragile seedling state.
If it is wet/wont dry out reasonably, then I am an absolute advocate for fabric pots. You can get them in 1gal, 2gal, 3gal, and 5 gal.
You should only be spraying water on those seedlings, then pour small amount of water away from seedling so it wont collapse. Continue twice a day, until the seedlings get stronger, then you can use more water, ASSUMING your drainage is good. IF soil not drying out, you need more circulation/heat.
