Your soil looks really dark/rich or wet. If it is dark naturally, is this the soil you will use for the whole grow? It may be too strong for your seedlings. IMO, I don't like to fertilize anything growing in rich/quality soil for the first 30days or so. If this is perm soil, you should use seedling soil next time. It has all the nutrients you need while in fragile seedling state. If it is wet/wont dry out reasonably, then I am an absolute advocate for fabric pots. You can get them in 1gal, 2gal, 3gal, and 5 gal. You should only be spraying water on those seedlings, then pour small amount of water away from seedling so it wont collapse. Continue twice a day, until the seedlings get stronger, then you can use more water, ASSUMING your drainage is good. IF soil not drying out, you need more circulation/heat.

What is your mediums PH? The slight twist in leaves make me think it’s fluctuating..I ran into problems at 20 days due to cal mag and nitrogen lockout had to water with PH of 8.0 to counter the 5.5 ph of the medium

Could be few things. Check to see that soil isn't to compact and roots can freely grow. Old seed. Your breeders seeds are non-homogenous. There's a lot to genetics but easiest way to explain is you make a cross . Will have traits of both parents. Isn't until you breed the cross with itself do every plant turn out the same.

It’s genetics man. If I were you. I’d clone the better growing seed and start a perpetual harvest....
