Nutrients in Co2 Grows

So about the Nutrient Uptake in CO2 enriched grows. Is my reasoning wrong to assume that I should adjust my Nutrients somehow to compensate ? Pretty much inferring here from the whole 30% bigger faster stronger Prof. Bugbee is mentioning on the YouTube.

Increased atmospheric CO2 concentration can be detrimental to plant growth under certain conditions, even though CO2 is necessary for photosynthesis. While elevated CO2 can stimulate photosynthesis, it also triggers stomatal closure, reducing water loss but potentially limiting CO2 uptake if temperatures are not high enough to support the increased metabolic demand. This can lead to a situation where the plant's ability to utilize the increased CO2 is hampered, resulting in actual reduced growth. When it comes to temps and photosynthesis you need to use leaf surface temp not ambient if you want accurate optimization, more a plant transpires, more it cools leaf internally, in order to utilize increased co2 above 1200ppm you need to run temps to facilitate the metabolic pathways, other wise all your doing is shrinking the stomatal aperture without the corresponding temperature that would normally accompany the high temperatures. This can range anywhere from -1F to -5F in difference depending on how hard she is transpiring. Potentially having to run 90-91F to reach a internal LST of 86°F, that's at 400ppm, studies have shown that at elevated CO2 above 1200ppm, photosynthesis can peak at temperatures as high as 96°F. Shrinking or closing of stomata will reduce transpiration, which will lower turgor and lower osmotic potential, forcing the plant to utilize a much larger portion of its energy consumption on active ion transport rather than passive, reducing nutrient uptake. If everything is on point, the plant will be moving nuts faster because of increased rates of photosyntheses, but that dosn‘t mean that the roots can handle more salt uptake, so keep feeding the same but a but more frequent

With co2 added, keep the nutes as they are normally and observe and adjust as necessary, test higher amount in .5 or 1 ml increments, don't go too strong, watch for end leave burn and dial back .5 and again observe. No accurate answer as the grow co2 level is still questionable, level of overall co2 threw out the day including factors of fans and extractors and also temps and humidity... the overall answer is watch the plants and learn how to manipulate them whilst giving the best environment and feed/water schedule.. even negative and positive pressure is a factor.. dial all that in and your nearly close... Good luck

bell curve on results in CO2 doping when done to perfection, pretty much no impact to full detriment for anyone not at perfection already CO2 is the ultimate, last variable to ever think about unless you are underground and also have to supply your own oxygen where you are and the CO2 is somehow below ambient levels once everything is utter perfection, like know down to the grams or ml of solution each week, can run your ventilation and know exactly how your routine will hit for the next few months, have your canopy management at god-status, are growing and maintaining drifts on elite clones only, and a few dozen more things, then if you still want to go to another level and have copious amounts of free funds to throw at the grow room, then you begin to think of possible CO2 play 99% AT LEAST of folks you see doing CO2 are utter clowns and might as well be pumping their solar energy into a tank of piss. unless you're recycling your room exclusively, or have a multi-4/5 figure grow room designed from step 0 to completion for CO2 enrichment, then you're wasting it. those new terraforms are about the only way a regular grower would convert from a tent to a CO2 enrichment facilitating environment with less than a few bands to throw at it and yes, the nutrient uptake will increase but chances are unless you run lean and force deficiency then mathematically you're almost certainly not sitting on exact uptake, and therefore would be in excess. most new research is showing that the metrics for cannabis are complete clown-trash for majors (which makes complete sense, no cannabis isn't this unique monolith compared to all other plants in the world and requires 50x the nutrients)

Yes if u're using light 80k+ lux and Co2 then u should feed it more same goes for 24h schedule
