Looks like some moisture related damage do to probably dry air. But also looks like u might have a case of thrips. Check undersides of leaves for potential pests. Thrips almost look like little worms in there larval form. Ghat looks like larva and nymph damage.

Do you have a fan pointed right at it?? What's your humidity levels? Looks dried out to me. ๐

Im starting the 9 week and i think that if i use neem oil now, it will leave some taste on the buds. I touched some leaves and the white marks stay, it isn't powder, but is white.
