Hi, Sometimes it can be spots from water splashing up on the leaves. Or a calcium deficiency can give some rust colored spots, but I think we'd see more leaves affected. Certain bugs can leave those dead spots, somewhat like a trail. When i zoom in i see some small yellowish/ white specks on several leaves that do look similarly to thrips or some other tiny insect. Any chace you could get a few more photos closer up of the leaves? Zoom in as much as you can but still keep the leaf fingers in focus. The spotted leaves and the top 2.

It could be that there's a pH imbalance. It needs to be regulated between 6 and 6.5.

Hi mate, I'm no expert but underwatered comes to mind. Doesn't look like calcium deficiency. She is wilting and the start of necrosis is happening. Seems she may be thirsty.
