Hello your plants looks good. They are small maybe due to genetic if it is indica dominant. Then you should let your setup and light like this. Keep doing a good job. Bye

All ladies looks healthy and should start streching soon so I would not worrie and you can start to give some nuts to help the grow ( EC 0.6-1 ). You can check if you light is at correct dinstance by checking the LUX Get free APP to measure LED Lux ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.doggoapps.luxlight&hl=en_GB&gl=US&pli=1 ) • Clone and seedling stage: 5,000–7,000 lux • Vegetative stage: 15,000–50,000 lux • Flowering stage: 45,000–65,000 lux

height has also never been an issue so I would gladly take an experience of too much plant for tent

They actually look pretty decent size for 3-week-old plants. I would personally leave the light height and power where it is, the plants seem to be doing well with it the way it is.

Height is usually an issue, especially when you are in a tent. The smaller you can keep them the better because once they start getting bigger they shoot up very quickly. You can only raise your light so far before you run out of room and have to start supercropping. Happy Growing
