coco is an inert growing media, meaning whatever you give her she gets. If you believe her ph is too high then you've given her too high ph water. double check your ph after you put in nutes, coco like 5.5-6.0, soil 6.0-6.5. good luck

I wouldn't transplant from coco to soil, but I'm sure it can be done.

What do you mean you "feel it's too high"? If you don't have a meter (or some other way to measure), then you really can't tell. Your pH should be between 5.6-6.3, on the lower end during veg and the higher end during flower. You can lower it by adding pH down to your feed and feeding at a lower pH until the overall pH is where you want it.
