No way to tell from your photos, besides, the plant is still too young to have any pre-flowers/primordia, which would make identification easy.
However, due to the lack of branch development, it certainly is showing male tendencies, although this is not always a positive identification factor. As the other contributor stated, bag seeds are usually from female plants that have grown male flowers, meaning the seeds produced like this, are nearly always going to be hermaphrodites and inbred, which can also lead to undesirable qualities becoming dominant features through the recombination of recessive genes.
