Leaf discoloration.

I've encountered this leaf discoloration and I don't if it's a ph or a nutrient related problem. I also noticed these are directly under the light. cob light.

It looks like nitrogen toxicity. Signs are usually dark- green waxy leaves pointing downward. Less nutes and more plain water until she recovers!

What cause the change of the leaftip color?Plant now about 2 weeks old. After transplanting from small Pot to 5 Liter Pot Size and place under the MarsHydro TSL2000 with 50% lightpower.
2cd Day under the light and in the Growtent, color of the tips change (see pictures).

Can you help figure out the deficiency and what to do about it in DWC?
The lower leaves started to display these symptoms. Ph levels are in range and I last fed them yesterday (10ml calmag & 10-40ml of pure blend depending on their ppm)
