Thrip problem

Hi whats best way to get rid of thrip just see them while i was feeding plants biuncing in soil thanks

These are "springtails", eating dead root zone stuff and turning it into something beneficial for plants,I believe.Because I haven't had any problem with them so far.They seem to do their business for a period then suddenly disappear which I find very interesting.Maybe because of the enzymes I use,there is no eatable stuff left in there after some time and they get lost.You don't have to do anything,they won't do any harm to your plants.

Nematodes are the way to go my friend. I personally use pot poppers. Their just a mesh bag you toss on top of the dirt and water in. Then the helpful little buggers get right to work killing the pests

Looks like root aphids not thrips. Using a pesticide labeled for root aphids as a soil drench would be the ticket. I've never personally dealt with root aphids so I can't suggest a product that id recommend from experience. But that being said I've had great results with doctor zhymes and its labeled to treat root aphids when used as a soil drench. So that would be a decent bet. Good luck fam.
