What are these bugs?

What are these bugs? I'm not sure if they're thrips or not. The plant is indoors in soil. They've just shown up in the last few days. They're not crawling all over the plants, mostly down at the soil level. I did see a couple on the stalk but they're not up in the leaves/buds.

I have no idea what the vdirst picture is, it's too difficult to see properly, the lower insect in the second picture is definitely a weevil of some type, some weevil larvae eat the roots of plants,(usually strawberries,and other herbaceous plants) I've never had a problem with them eating weed roots in pots before, maybe due to the fact that the vweed plants aren't in the pots long enough to be affected by the little critters, maybe something to keep an eye on

A couple ppl are saying earwigs? They don't have pinchers and I've now verified that they can fly. I've spotted a few up in the buds. I'm thinking they may be some sort of thrip?
I've laid down DE and will keep a close eye on them.

I’m not sure, but I feel like I’m getting slow, compact growth. The fan leaves are coming in pretty fat. This my 3rd grow. Still in the middle of flowering my 2nd grow. So I’m not exactly sure when things are going right, just notice when the start to look off.Week 3

Shes bushy and harder to LST for air flow/light to the lower sites. The larger leaves are laying on the top of the bucket, and there's moisture when lifted. I'm using a larger fan to keep air moving. Do you recommend trimming some leaves during veg? Also which leaves would I cut?Week 4
