I believe its either Thrips or Aphids, I feel more confident saying that its Thrips since Aphids tend to have a thicker body.
I had Thrips before on two of my plants and I used a Neem Oil + Water mixture to treat my plants in the Veg. Phase.
But just do a little research on how to get rid of them in relation to what Phase you are currently in with your plants.

You seem to be close to harvest, so unless you have thousands of them............don't worry, they can't do too much damage at this late stage, they are microscopic.
Certainly do not spray your buds with anything, no matter how safe the product claims to be.

Preventative Neem Oil Application for Newbiesin the past, I've had pest problems. this time, I'm acting preventatively.
