You're doing absolutely nothing wrong.
This is the way RH works in sealed tents mate.
Light + heat gives high temps (lower RH)
No light, lower temps than their is in lighting. (Higher RH) its all got to do with heat + light buddy. Photosynthesis. Its very complicated
Tbh, best bit of advice
Worry about your RH when the plant is in Photosynthesis mode. When she's not in it, the RH plays no part in plant development, nor has any impact (unless its super high and you have very low ven or poor air flow from lack of Os fans)
I'll repeat. You're wasting money trying to fix RH when in reality to lower it. You'll have to have the heat warmer than you do with your lights on so( lights on 23c ) lights off 25+ and even then. It DOES not matter. As RH plays no role in a plant that's sleeping. Pfr-pr or something. I've been through this. You really need to understand how plants work to understand how RH plays a part in an actively working stomatas (these are the pores that are like car vents, turbos in a sense. You need high air flow over the leaves to change molecular surroundings (that's a whole other plant physiology term)
So, RH. Does not matter.
Any anyone who says they have Lower RH in dark time than they do with higher heat + light well. They're should try walking on water.
