Is she ready for handvest?? 11 weeks of flowering now... i think the colas on the stem are good but the little colas not..? Please help.

You could harvest the tops frist if your planning on taking the rest down in next few days allow them some extra time thoe I'd wait for an even amount of good buds through the centre of the plant then harvest, but if your tricomes on plant are ready chop her at your preference of high

Looks like it could be ready but you should be checking the trichomes to be sure though. You can always cut the top colas first then let the rest of the plant continue to mature.

What are these? Buds? Seeds? both?I am seeing some pistils coming out of small round shaped parts of the plant, there are 2 per node. One on each side.
I wonder if this means it's half male half female and I should cut them to avoid pollination and reduced yield?

Flowering. 19 days left supposedly : are the trichomes already milky?Many pistils are getting dark and it seems some trichomes are already milky but I'm not sure. I had many setbacks during the grow but I didn't think a plant would be that early. How much time do I have left ? I didnt start senescence yet (end of week)
