Small bud rot - Harvest or finish off? 9 weeks into flower

I've had to cut about a 1 inch section off the top of one of my colas due to what appears to be rot. I've checked the rest of the plant and can't see anywhere else that has been effected. Should I harvest now to be on the safe side or let it finish up?

Mold can spread fast buddy. I know from my outdoor grows it may not look like it but mold infests the inner of the bud first so you wont notice until you start smoking it. or breaking it to grind. this is down to my experience. It is quite hard to grow large flowers and keep the humidity in check. I mean they give off humidity and depending on your system you can create more with high powered LED lights and water. Personally if it was me I would remove the effected section and hope that was the only place the nasty pathogen fell. Though it happens to all of us. It can be many reasons the most common is inadequate extraction. We all make mistakes its how we learn as growers :) Still beautiful plants and personally I would just harvest and keep them as seperate as possible if your only missing one or two weeks I wouldn't risk the whole crop just for an extra 20-30 grams of yield. Though your plants your choice bro ! 👊

Sorry for your lost, i would early harvest while you can. molds are fast and deep, it rots within before showing outer. if you see it outside now, its kinda bad inside

Arghh. I’m so sorry! This just happened to me! This year has been bad for heat and humidity! I did a partial cut and harvest! Removed all the effected areas—- half the tops! Then let the plant finish up for 2 weeks. I added another fan and dehumidifier to help! This sucks! So sorry
