Brown spots on my tiny babies

Hey,
So it's been a week since I put my girls in soil.. today I saw tgese little brown spots.. what can it be? I havent fed them yet...
Also, I started feeding them today with 1/4 of the amount adviced in my grow nut bottle, is it ok?

Brown spots on bud sites leavesHi all,
I’ve been getting these brown spots in the past 2 weeks, mainly on the top leaves located nead bud sites.
What could this be? Ph is ok, I’ve already tried to flush her, Rh is around 45%.
