Bud Rot

So after the mild panic attack about my LGBTQIA plants, that rose the question of possible bud rot, saw black spore things but assumed from the Thrips that won the battle, hoping I was right and its not bud rot!!!!!

Bud rot pulls away from the bud very easily. Sure way to tell. Cheers

ok, hard to pull away so not bud rot, leaves all very crispy, again figured it was due to bug issue then black spots left on leaves was from thrips, (it rubs off on my fingers when touched) only just thought that of course they could also be spores!

PM covered plant sentenced to death - What would you do?I'm about to destroy this plant. Each branch has heavy PM despite having ample airflow. I suspect due to the lack of direct sunshine, but I'm sure it's spread to other plants which will also be destroyed.
Is there anything I can do to salvage? What would you do?
