The tips are also showing signs of nutrient burn 🔥. Check your nutrient solution. Whats you humidity at low humidity increases transpiration. Having the plant suck up.more nutrients than it can handle.

This looks like a Phosphorus deficiency to me with the purple coloration. Check where is coloration is happening is it on the older leaves and growth? A Phosphorus deficiency will happen on the older growth first. Also a P deficiency can produce dead necrotic areas on leaves, as well as premature leaf drop. There may also be an intense green coloration on the leaves. Phosphorus is difficult for plants to obtain, mycorrihizal fungi is key. Phosphorus is absorbed an an anion. P is also a mobile nutrient in the plant

With the lighting it stayed at 18/6 for about 10 weeks with one hlg600 then I threw in two more lights and was on 24hrs for 9 days could this have shocked the plants?

To me it just looks too heavy on the nitrogen or "grow" nutes... Don't fully understand your lighting statement as ie your growing autoflowers...
