Hi!
I'm not sure that's a mutation, looks more like you have fungus or some kind of pest in the soil, maybe you reuse an old mix without properly sterilizing it.
I'm concern about the yellow stuff I see on the 2nd photo (mites ?).

Round leaf missing from Critical 2.0 Seedling from time of seed shells removalIf a seedlings round leaf were to have fallen off with the seed shell in a whitish yellowish color but it was just a single round leaf and the rest of the plant seems healthy would that seriously impact the plant? Glossy lower sword leaves surrounding colasI noticed on some of the lower buds, the small sword like leaves clustering around the buds have gone a bit glossy. Isn't this usually nitrogen related but there's no evidence or much tip burn. Should I lay off the nutes for a Few days?
