When to use terra aquatica ripen? Wait until they look ready to harvest or when they look like they will be ready in 2 weeks while using ripen?I'm coming to the end & I think they need a few more weeks at least, but I may be just kidding myself, thinking they're gonna double in size.

Soil pH not adjusting even after watering pH water.So Far I've been 6.5-7 pH water, & organic ferts BioThrive Grow, Bloom & CalMag. The soil pH doesn't seen to go any below 6.5; even though I've been feeding 5 pH water to make it lower. Why is this happening? What to do? my garden is very cold during night 13.5ºC as the minimum, humidity goes up to 72%
During day it usually goes to 21ºC and 52%
I´m watering the plants every 3-4 days (when they ask for it) with 0.75L on 6L pots
