Habe gestern erst 5 Liter Wasser inkl. Nährlösung hin zugegeben und die Wasserwerte entwickeln sich so, was bedeutet das? Ist so ein Abfall für einen Tag normal? Ich gieße fast jeden zweiten Tag 5 Liter Wasser nach.

The PH drop is a bigger thing to be concerned about from 5.8 down to aorund 5. your in lock out territory need to get that back up to 5.8 min.
The EC moving from 1415 1.41EC to aorund 1360 1.36EC is not that crazy. only a difference of 55 or 0.05EC, hardly anything.
It means you nutrients are not PH buffered or your not adjusting the PH enough when adding them.
Try letting the new mix sit out for a bit and get a PH reading then readjust before adding into the main mix.

You should use Siemens, the EC unit of measurement, if you don't want it to be too confusing: 1415μS (1.415mS), 1360μS (1.36mS), 55 μS (0.05mS). ^^

Probes connected to a logger (there are few commercially available, but you can do this with a Raspberry Pi or an Arduino) and kept into the tank permanently.

I added mycorrhiza to the coco coir from a local store. It turned out that there is slow release fertilizers in it. Was not indicated on the packaging.Please Help!
First time after watering with 5.7pH 400ppm drainage water was 6.7pH and 800ppm. I flushed her to 400ppm.
Yesterday was the second watering (450ppm, 5.7pH) and drain was 700ppm 6.7pH. I flushed her to 460ppm (1.5l of water), but pH still 6.6
How to fix it?

I used Co2 for a few weeks (1000ppm), the grower says ~60-70 days of flowering, so I would be missing 10-20 days, but they look quite ripe ?

Feeding right after repotting (coco coir).After repotting an auto flowering plant I get runoff EC of 800, while feeding water has EC 1200.
I guess EC gets diluted (biggest part of coco coir is new).
Should I increase EC of the feeding water?

Today when I did the mixture of biobizz nutes, the PH dropped to 4 or less.
