Personally, I use both lights on, whenever I have anything under the LED, and at whatever stage - seedlings, veg or flowering. The more lights the better! I was also under the impression that during flowering to have both on anyways and not just the flowering light on its own. I am pretty sure that's what the instructions say. It is only the red and blue that "veg" plants do not need as much as flowering plants, so that is why you run only the veg light during growth and the grow/veg light with the enhanced extra blue and red "flower" light switched on, in conjunction with the veg light once flowering. It is not one light for veg and one for flowering, it is one light for veg and both lights for flowering. I run both at any/all the time, it can't hurt and growth does seem faster if both lights are used during veg. Your flowering plant needs the veg light and the flower light together, doing so will not cause it to revert to vegetative growth. Also, in future, can you post pictures taken under normal lights or with the flash on, seeing any detail in pictures taken under grow lights is nearly impossible. I am sure Grow Diaries makes this suggestion at the top of the questions page, but it seems to go unnoticed by so many question "askers" Giving opinions is so much easier and more precise when details can be seen clearly, something that does not occur with pictures taken under grow lights. Hope this helps,.......... Organoman.
