White spots on leaves. Friend needs help...

I was asked by a friend to post this question as his ladies got some white spots on their leaves. He mentioned its spreading pretty fast. Spots are kind of shiny when you have a closer look. Any suggestions what it may be and how to get rid of it ? Whole tent affected ... :(

Hi m8, looks a lot like Thrips to me, they are tiny little bugs that draw sap from the underside of the leaf causing a silver shimmer effect on the topside of the leaf. Use a magnifying glass, they are tiny dots to our eyes but ugly fudges up close.
They won't go away they also move and colonise any other plants in the vicinity. You can get a bug farmer to send you out a natural predator who when applied will exhaust the food supply...Thrips. Then quietly die...or you could gass them, or squirt them with some neurotoxin.
I'm pretty certain that's your friend's issue.

New growth looking strange and growth slowed down (wilting?)The new growth of my plants are looking a bit strange, and growth seems to be slowed down.
Could this be that the light is too strong? Or can this happen if the humidity is too low?

Tiny holes!?This morning while looking I noticed tiny little holes on some of the leaves on one of my plants. I didn't see any pests with my eye, and I tried to use my phone the best I could but couldn't see any. I've also heard this could be environmental/viral. Any thoughts or ideas?
